STEP 1: Review Process

We have received your account application and we are in the process of reviewing your information. This process takes approximately 1-3 business days.

While you wait, we recommend doing the following:

Test Drive the Platform

Start familiarizing yourself with our trading platform with a free 14-day test drive.

Expand Your Trading Knowledge

Check out these free resources so you can better understand key trading principles and come to the market with confidence.

STEP 2: Account Funding

Once we have reviewed and approved your account, you will receive a welcome email from our team (please check your promotional and/or spam folder).

This email will include:

  1. Your Account Login Information
  2. Account Funding Instructions

You will be able to fund your account via ACH or wire transfer.

It generally takes 1-3 days for funds to post in your account. You can review the funding process here.

STEP 3: Platform Access

Once your account is funded, you will be provided with login credentials and a download link for your trading platform.

You are now able to download the platform and start trading! If you need help getting set up with the platform, make sure to check out our in-depth tutorials.
