What to Do During an Internet Outage

There’s nothing worse than losing your internet connection right in the middle of a fast-paced trade. Fortunately, we have contingencies in place.

If your internet goes out and you urgently need to adjust your positions, please consider the following:

Utilize the iDASTrader Mobile App

If your internet goes out but you still have a cellular connection, you can manage your positions from the iDASTrader mobile app.

Call the Trade Desk

If your internet goes out and you don’t have cellular service, you can call the trade desk to place a trade over the phone. Please call 1-877-866-9111 and make sure to have your account number and/or trader ID ready (it can help to jot down this information in advance to ensure you are prepared). Note that an additional fee may be applied to trades placed over the phone.

What to Do During a Platform Outage

If you are having platform issues on both your mobile and desktop platforms, please call the trade desk to place trades by phone.
