Thank you for your interest in CenterPoint. To apply for an account using a business entity, please follow the instructions below.

1. Fill Out the Application Forms

You must sign all forms by hand or with digital verification. We do not accept typed signatures.

2. Provide Identity Verification Documents

  • Unexpired ID/Passport
  • Operating Agreement and Your Articles of Formation
  • Address Verification (Current utility bill OR credit card statement – It cannot be a bank statement)

3. Submit Your Application
